IDF Identifies Palestinian Soccer Players as Hamas, Islamic Jihad Operatives

The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) has stated that several Palestinian soccer players, previously presented as athletes, were in fact operatives for Hamas and Islamic Jihad. According to the IDF, three of these individuals were allegedly involved in the October 7, 2023 attacks. Others, the IDF claims, held leadership positions or participated in various terror operations. Palestinian Football Association’s Stance and FIFA’s Decision
