Authorities reported that David Lawrence Crosby II, 44, of Surrency, Georgia, was arrested on July 27 by the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office, facing two counts of child abuse.

According to a probable cause affidavit detailing the events, Crosby was reportedly running down a ship hallway when he encountered a group of three children engaged in a game of tag.
