Supporters of the campaign say the reward is intended to encourage anyone with first-hand knowledge to speak with authorities and assist ongoing investigations.
Whether the Telegram message was an inside joke, an innocent phrase, or something more significant remains unknown. However, for a man whose name has repeatedly surfaced alongside crimes involving drugs, financial crime, and international nightlife scandals, even a seemingly simple status update is now attracting renewed attention.
